Welcome friends and fellow fibro-fighters! Please feel free to leave Eric a message. He’ll be checking them periodically – and very much appreciates the support. Messages require approval before being posted. They will not appear immediately – so please check back. We’re approving them as quickly as possible 🙂

Thank you!!
*Team Eric*

I’m copy/pasting Eric’s message here (as all the wonderfully supportive messages left by visitors had pushed it off the first page).

Hey Everyone , I have just recently read and reviewed all of the comments and feedback, I am so grateful and lucky to have such a big support team and to be loved by so many, This page honestly brought me to into tears, and I appreciate everything that everyone has done for me. I first hear about Eric's fight through my son Brandon who knew Eric in primary and secondary school. In an effort to try and help raise some money I spoke with a few friends and relatives and asked they think about donating. I contacted a great group of people "Amigos de Santa Clara" who put together their annual fundraiser Feb 18th for local & international charities/people and asked them to consider a donation for Eric. Yesterday I received confirmation of their $1800.00 donation. We wish Eric all the best and continue to keep Eric and family in our prayers. God Bless !

What a great blog to wake up and read this morning!!! That is so exciting and so positive!!! Absolutely fantastic and so so good to hear how well Eric is doing. We all continue to pray and spread the word. Tia's upcoming event has helped spread the word even more about Eric by telling his story while asking for sponsors!!!!! Everybody keep donating and spreading the word - we can't rely on OHIP at this point!!!!

Eric and Family,

On behalf of everyone that helped plan Saturdays gala we would like to thank Eric and his family for allowing us to hold such a large event. We appreciate all the support we received from you and everyone that attended. We had so much fun with you all and we hope you had fun also.

Eric, you mean so much to us and you will continue to have our support. The gala was just the beginning and by next week we will be able to tell you how much we raised at the highschool. The bracelets are going to be sold starting tomorrow and we have a goal of $10 000, we hope we can reach it.

Thank you for everything again,

Daniela

I'm very sorry for your struggle. I wish we could all take a little of your burden and pain. My son is a survivor of a very grim diagnosis as well. I wish you the strength you need to fight. And keep fighting. No matter how grim the diagnosis, never give up. There is always hope and prayers that are with you!!! Wish you and your family the best of luck and lots of strength and remember that you are never alone!!!

As Daniel said to me:"When one door closes, another one opens".
So wise. We have a plan B, that will lead us back to plan A.
Now it's up to us to do our part and pump up the fundraising efforts to make this happen. Remember, it takes a village to SAVE a child. Let's go Team Eric!!!

Hi Team Eric,
It's a mixed feelings day. We're so sorry to hear that there is no scheduled surgery, but hopeful about the new doctor. As always, we're praying for you, Eric, but also for your whole team and for the doctors too. Strength, wisdom & courage ...
